- creating a qualification profile of the candidate in coordination with the enterprise
- initiation of the search according to the following possible methods

- direct search (Executive Search)
The method suitable for the search shall depend on the candidate´s qualification profile or on the complexity of the position to be filled.
In the case of a direct approach of suitable candidates (executive search), we will prepare an aim company list in cooperation with the enterprise.
