The concept of outplacement, which is derived from the English, has to be understood as a service which accompanies employees leaving the company during their professional reorientation or a new placing. This procedure reaches to the conclusion of a new contract of employment or the setting up of a business.
The reasons for such circumstances are versatile and result for example from company insolvencies, job shifts, company take-overs or general restructuring measures. Employers therefore reduce the costs in favor of a socially compatible solution for both sides and keep the enterprise´s positive image in public.
This is when the service of an outplacement consulting starts.
