Anschütz personnel management was founded in 2004. The founder Horst Anschütz looks back at a more than 30-year experience in several functions on decision level in the industry; prior to this he worked as a free lancer for a personnel-consulting agency.
Anschütz personnel management supports enterprises with the personnel acquisition, recruitment and human resources development of specialists and executive staff as well as high-potentials and cooperates with a network of advisers who have a long-standing professional experience in the area of personnel management - nationally and internationally.
Anschütz personnel management focuses on the placement and the counseling of technical specialists and executive staff with a long-standing expertise in the manufacturing industry within the plastics processing (e. g. extrusion and injection molding methods, machinery manufacturer as well as processing methods). Another core area is the automotive supplying industry.
